Our main office is located in Cleveland, Ohio.  Our products, however, ship from one of our many warehouses across this great country.

Are you an Authorized Dealer?  

Yes! AmericanRecRoom.com only carries brands which we are authorized dealers and have worked with for years! When you order with us you can rest assured you are getting the best price possible!

How To Place An Order?

Ordering Online: Find a product you’d like to buy and click on the add to cart button. Then, simply follow the instructions on the checkout page. If there were any options or upgrades that you may have missed, one of our custom service staff members will contact you either by email or phone.

Ordering by Phone: Our friendly, knowledgeable staff will help you select your equipment based upon individual needs of each customer. Our top brands and competitive prices ensure that you’ll be completely satisfied with every AmericanRecRoom.com purchase you make.  Ordering online is the easiest for most customer but feel free to give us a call if you need assistance at 1(800)804-8172.

Ordering by Email: If you want to place your order through email, send us an email to support@americanrecroom.com and one of our staff members will get back to you quickly with an invoice for your order.  Please include the product and any options or upgrades that you might require. Most invoices are sent out by end of day!

Which payment methods do you accept?

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Most of our items are quite large and unable to be delivered this way. 

Do you ship internationally?

If you do not live in the US and would like a shipping quote, please contact us and we will prepare a custom quote for you. Please note that any additional import/export taxes and/or customs taxes will be at the expense of the customer (including Canada). American Rec Room is not responsible for any import/export taxes relating to international shipping and is not responsible for any customs taxes or any other form of tax for an international shipment.

To be 100% honest the fees associated with shipping to other countries are usually too high to be worth it; but we will be happy to do what we can!

When will I be contacted to confirm my order?

If your item has options that weren’t specified while ordering, prior to shipping your order, a representative will email you the order and lead time for delivery.  The majority of orders will receive a confirmation once your order ships.

When will I be contacted regarding the delivery?

Immediately after your order has shipped, we will email you with your shipping information. For large orders including freight shipping orders, our shipping company will call you prior to delivery to coordinate a convenient delivery time for you.

How do I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order ships we will email with your shipping information and tracking number. This allows you to easily track the daily progress of your order from one of our warehouses to your door step. 

Do you have a catalog?

Our website works as our online catalog. We add new products weekly so it would be almost impossible for us to keep a print catalog up to date. We try our best to make our website as easy to use as possible for this exact reason!

Warranty Questions?

Since we are an authorized dealer for all the products we carry, you will receive full manufacturer warranties for everything that you purchase.  Checking the manufacturers website after you purchase through us is always a good idea to see how long your warranty lasts for!
